Since my initial training in Massage therapy, I have explored a variety of different styles and techniques overlapping and blending together, which can incorporated within the treatment session. Over the years I have developed a strong intuitive sense which enables me to listen and be guided to the body needs.
When Working on painful or stiff muscles and joints, gentle mobilisation, stretching techniques are really helpful in order to allow a greater degree of freedom and release restriction.
Developing my individual style allows me to be free in my approach enabling me to adapt to the individuals needs throughout the session.
