About me

img_5999Rupert has over 20 years of experience in the therapy world. He is qualified in Remedial Massage and Craniosacral therapy and has been developing a coaching practice in the last 5 years, bringing together dialogue with hands on therapy.

“Learning many different styles and approaches from different teachers has been an exciting and rewarding journey.”

He has previously worked in exclusive hotels, and now currently runs a busy private practice in Wiltshire.

In the last fifteen years, he has been involved in self development,  becoming a parent, and enjoys further study. Rupert enjoys spending time outdoors and maintains a daily meditation practice. During his training to be a coach, Rupert has been able to integrate all that he has learnt and with time and practice it has enabled him to uncover much more about himself than he could ever imagine.

Experiencing the transformational change in myself from coaching has inspired me to train to become a CBT counsellor.”

Rupert’s passion has always been to support people and help them reach their full potential. His approach, whether it is body work or coaching, is to allow the individual to be more connected with themselves, whether that is on a physical level or getting more clarity and a less burdened mind.

“I sincerely believe we all have this potential to gain a deeper connection with ourselves. Spending time together will allow you to see it for yourself.”
